The project, which was realized on Ayazma Street in Kağıthane Merkez Mahallesi, was designed in the concept of a hotel. The project consisting of 228 flats and 37 offices, stores, offices, serviced offices, markets and cafes will both meet the needs of the region and add vitality to its immediate surroundings. Our project aims to offer a life that does not disturb each other in a single complex in the building where residential and commercial functions coexist. The project includes an allotted indoor parking area for each flat, a fitness and pilates hall, a play station-game room, a mini movie theater and a botanical garden. Rental support is expected to start from 3 thousand 500 TL in the project, which will provide 36-month rental support.

In the project, stores, serviced offices, hotel concept apartments and condo system boutique accommodation areas will be built. There will be a gym and a viewing terrace on the 17th floor of the project, which has a total construction area of 28,800 square meters.
