There are 242 residential and 1 commercial units in our project, which consists of 2 new generation city apartments with 14 and 7 floors.

The project is the first and only 2-block residential project with 1 + 1 and 2 + 1 apartments surrounded by the surrounding area.

Our project offers the potential to be an address where Istanbul residents can experience the calm and peaceful life, they are looking for with its design ideas and structural solutions within the dense and exhausting Istanbul building fabric.
